Adding Electricity and Plumbing

Adding electricity and plumbing to meet the needs of this project is no easy feat. When the house is done we’ll need 5 washers and dryers, 600 AMPS of electricity, and a new electricity pole placement approval from both the historic society and the city. For the plumbing, we’re working on a flow test from the city to confirm the water pressure we’ll be able to have at the house!
